These terms apply to orders placed with Ovenly Delights on this website. By placing an order you accept them.
Who you are buying from
The seller details for this page are being finalised.
Orders
Your order is placed when your payment succeeds. You then get an order number that starts with OD-. If we cannot fulfil an order after you have paid, we cancel it and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include everything except delivery. Delivery is free. Checkout shows the delivery charge before you pay. Orders are prepaid through Razorpay. We do not offer cash on delivery. See our pricing page.

We deliver anywhere in Bengaluru and across India. See our delivery policy.
Cancellations and refunds
Our cancellation and refunds policy is part of these terms.
Products and photos
Our products are made and packed by hand, so yours may look slightly different from the photo.
Allergies
Where we list ingredients and allergens, they are on the product's page. If you have an allergy, ask us before you order.
Liability
If we cannot deliver your order, our responsibility is limited to a full refund of what you paid. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law, or our responsibility for food safety.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
