Diwali hampers are here · Delivered across India

Your details

What we collect, who sees it, and your rights.

We are a small pâtisserie and gifting studio, not a data business. We use your details to fulfil your order, answer your enquiries and send updates you ask for. We also measure how visitors find us and how our ads perform, as described below. We never sell or trade your details.

What we collect

Payments

Payments are made on the secure checkout of our payment gateway, Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank password. We receive only a confirmation, the amount and a payment reference.

Nobody from Ovenly Delights will ever ask you for a PIN, OTP, CVV or password.

Who else sees your details

We share your details with nobody else, unless the law requires it.

Where it is kept

Your order is kept on our own systems, and copied into the private records we use to plan and account for our orders.

Cookies

We set a cookie of our own that remembers your bag for 30 days. When you arrive from one of our ads or links, we remember which campaign brought you (for 30 days) so we know which ads work. This cookie stays on our site. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We count page visits with Umami, which we host ourselves. It sets no cookies and does not identify you. It ignores visitors whose browser sends Do Not Track, and it is not loaded on the bag, checkout or order pages. The checkout page loads Razorpay's payment window, which Razorpay runs under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for refunds, complaints and our accounts. We keep your email for updates until you ask us to stop.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and withdraw your consent to updates. Contact us through our contact page. After a deletion we keep only the minimum record of a completed sale that our accounts need.

Complaints

Our grievance officer is the owner of Ovenly Delights.
